Natural Church Development

In the fall of 2007, Redeemer embarked on a multi-year journey to release the growth potential God has implanted in our parish using the Natural Church Development (NCD) process. The NCD process begins with a survey that evaluates eight characteristics of effective churches. Redeemer has formed a Parish Health team that is working with fellow Redeemerites to use survey data  to improve how we minister.  You can learn about NCD at www.ncd-international.org
